Louise

Louise Whitehead has over 13 years experience both as a Psychotherapist and Executive Coach. She specialise's in helping you develop both personally and professionally by using her knowledge of a variety of mediums to best meet your needs.

This includes One to One Therapy, Coaching, Voice Coaching, Art Therapy and Career Transition. Her expertise lies within the area of Anxiety and Stress Management where she has worked with city firms both in England and the USA producing amazing results.

Louise is proficient in mountain leading and plays a major part in outdoor activities within RYP. Her main role is in the psychological aspect of team building.  Louise is a qualified Psychotherapist, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Reflexologist, Shiatsu Practitioner and Business NLP Practitioner.

Steve

Steve has 19 years experience in the Royal Navy. Trained as an Aircraft Engineer, Steve brings his expertise and leadership qualities to RYP.

Steve is a highly motivated professional who has served in the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. He is an instructor in a wide variety of engineering and military subjects, this combined with his leadership and team building experience in often difficult and harsh conditions deepens his understanding of the complexities of the group process.

During his career, Steve has led and participated in expeditions in a number of countries including Canada, Switzerland and Spain. He is a qualified Engineer, Mountain Leader and First Aider. He is also a Business NLP Practitioner.
